Mamta Associates was founded to close a gap we kept seeing: accounting firms that were either secure or fast, rarely both. We built our practice on modern, encrypted infrastructure from day one — so clients never have to trade one for the other.
Today we serve two kinds of clients. Individuals who want a dedicated personal accountant to handle taxes, filings, and financial planning without the back-and-forth. And MSMEs in India and the USA who need clean books, on-time compliance, and real visibility into their numbers — without hiring a full in-house finance team.
Because we operate across both countries, we are equally fluent in GST and TDS as we are in IRS filings and state sales tax — which matters more and more as businesses and individuals operate across borders.
